Shipping

UK DELIVERY:

All UK orders include First Class Signed Delivery.

Delivery Aim:

UK First Class Signed – (1-2 working days from day of dispatch)
Once your order has been confirmed, we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Shipping fees for International orders will be calculated at checkout.
All International orders will come with a tracking number which will be sent after your item has been dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all International orders within 1-2 working days upon order confirmation.

Delivery Aim:

Europe and Worldwide (5-15 working days)
In some cases your delivery may be delayed. This could be due to a number of factors such as (Customs, Weather, COVID-19).
If you have not received your order within 15 working days from day of dispatch, contact us on [email protected] so we can get this looked into for you.

CUSTOMS:

You are responsible for any custom charges, import duties or taxes.
You will be informed by your courier prior to delivery being made if any additional costs apply.
The total cost at the time of checkout does NOT include custom charges or import fees.

Returns

Upon receiving your delivery, if your Paddles arrive damaged or have any defects. We will be more than happy to issue you a full refund if the Paddles are returned to us within 28 days from receipt of your delivery.

Buyer is responsible for paying return postage (unless we have agreed to cover the costs).

Any items not received by ourselves will result in a refund not being issued. (Tracked delivery is highly advised as well as proof of postage).

VagPaddles has the right to refuse a refund based on the following:

Paddles are returned used.
Returned not in the same condition they were sent in. i.e damaged.

All Paddles are inspected upon return.
